Charolotte Ann Porter, 64, of Oklahoma City passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 with her family at her side. Charolotte was born March 23, 1951 in Enid to Dorothy and Claud Pierce. She attended U.S. Grant High School.

Charolotte worked for American Fidelity Assurance Company for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Frances Smith; father, Claud Pierce; and brother, Clen Pierce.

Charolotte is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jim Porter; mother, Dorothy Straughan; sons, Jimmy Porter and wife Jodi, Greg Porter; grandchildren, Karissa and Toby Porter, Donnie Raines and wife Brittany; sisters, Carolyn Hamm and husband Doug of TN, Nancy Sturgeon and husband Larry; brothers, Claud Pierce and wife Cindy, Tim Pierce; and numerous nieces, nephews and family.

The family wishes to send special thanks to Dr. Nasser Janbay of Integris Cancer Center, her friends at American Fidelity Assurance and Integris Hospice.

Visitation will be at Resthaven from 8:00am to 8:00pm Wednesday. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00p.m. A celebration of Charolotte's life will be 2:00p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Resthaven Funeral Home.
