Stella Pearl Knight passed from this life September 1, 2019 at the age of 86. She was born October 22, 1932 in Fulton, MS to Perry James Davis and Trixie Mayetta Davis (Franks).

Stella worked as a process checker and retired from Lucent Technologies in 1993. Her favorite hobbies included gardening, painting, knitting, and crocheting.

She was preceded in passing by her husband, Wesley Dean Knight; sons, Wesley Gene Knight and Richard Allen Knight; and daughter, Carolyn Ann Tettleton.

Survivors include her daughters, Freda Brakefield of Cuba, MO and Dee Gundlach of Yukon; brothers, James Slay and wife Shirley and Willard Slay, all of Watonga; sister, Lamonye Slay of Watonga; grandchildren, Brandy Small, Shelly Bryant, Melissa Lowrey, Louise Smith, Dean Hall, Leann Hall, Stella Witty, Tammy Tettleton, Miranda Schultz, and Latisha Wilkerson; 30 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren; Stella is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends.

Visitation for Stella is 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday September 6, 2019 at Resthaven Funeral Home and Memory Gardens, 500 SW 104th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73139. Graveside services are 10:00am, Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Condolences may be shared at Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens
