Shirley was born Jan. 11, 1939 in Norman, OK to George and Eloise Boeskin and
was a lifelong resident of Norman. She was married to Bill Malone on March 23,
1963 in Anadarko, OK until his passing in 2006. Together they were owner and
operators of Malone Products Inc., a successful food distribution company for
forty years before retiring. They built many relationships with regional
companies including Sonic, KFC, Dairy Queen, and many others.
Her greatest joy was from time spent with family and friends and she touched
many people near and far with her care and generosity. She was a beloved wife,
mother and grandmother and time spent with her four grandsons brought her great
joy. Shirley had a unique love and compassion for everyone in her life. Those
that had an opportunity to know her were left changed forever.
Her love of animals was evident by her affection for St. Francis and she enjoyed
traveling to his home town of Assisi, Italy. Shirley had a deep love for all
animals and especially for her beloved cat Zoey. Shirley was an avid supporter
of the University of Oklahoma and enjoyed tailgating at home football games with
family and friends.
