Bonnie Hammett was born December 7, 1930 to Newell “N.J.” and Blanche Craighead of Ardmore, Oklahoma.
She passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Jack M. Hammett, also of Ardmore.
Bonnie is survived
by her sister Billie Simmons and husband Gary of Ardmore; brother, Tommy C.
Craighead of Ardmore; special cousin Beatrice “Jacko” Hoffman of Ardmore;
sister-in-law, Ellen Hammett of Gulf Shores, Alabama; daughter, Barbara Fuentes
and husband Mario, of Houston, TX; son, Larry Hammett and wife Michiko, of
Norman; grandchildren: Bonnie Rice and husband Wade of Lubbock, TX, Regina
Peirce and husband Patrick of Dallas, TX, Jill Griswold and husband Brendan of
Leavenworth, KS, Dylan Keller and husband Will, Sabra Hammett, Emma Hammett,
Gunter Hammett, all of Norman, OK, six great-grandchildren; and a host of
cousins.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Havenbrook
Funeral Home Chapel, 3401 Havenbrook St., Norman, Oklahoma, 73072.
Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until time of service Friday. Arrangements for Bonnie and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
