Keith Lynn Cravens,
46, of Norman, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Keith was born July 3,
1966 in Oklahoma City, OK to Lindsey and Mary Jo (Price) Cravens. Keith
attended school in Tuttle, OK, and was a 1984 graduate of Blanchard H.S.
Following high school, he attended OCCC and decided to pursue his passion for
music by studying at the Art Institute of Dallas, where he obtained his skills
and love for the audio and video industry.
Keith was an avid OU fan, enjoyed Thunder Basketball, and loved watching Nascar
racing. However his greatest love was Rock music, whether it was singing or
playing in a band.
Keith was preceded in death by his grandparents Will and Lillie Cravens, Arvie
and Alma Price; his father Lindsey Cravens; and sister Pamela Jo Bannerman.
Survivors include his mother Mary Jo Dunham and her husband Larry; daughters
Morgan Cravens and Lindsey Cravens, and their mother Jodi Cravens; sister Nita
Cravens; as well as numerous other loving relatives and countless friends.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 PM – 8:00
PM, with the family greeting friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday. Services to
celebrate his life will be 1:00 PM Monday at Bethesda Assembly of God, 3101 SW
89th St. OKC, with Pastor Craig Dacus, Rev. Cecil Brown, and Rev. Tim Turner
officiating. Interment will follow at
I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norman.
Arrangements for Keith and his family were placed in the care of the Vice family
at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
