Mrs. McBRIDE dies at Moore
Moore - Mrs. Mattie J. McBRIDE, 87 died at her home in Moore, Friday night, services will be at the Moore Methodist Church Monday at 10 am., with burial in the Moore Cemetery.
A long time resident of Cleveland County, Mrs. McBRIDE and her husband Rufus staked a claim east of Moore in early 1890. Mr. & Mrs. McBRIDE lived east of Moore until 1945, when they moved inot town. Mr McBRIDE died in 1946.
Surviving Mrs. McBRIDE are 3 sons Oscar, Otis & Olin all of Moore: 3 daughters, Mrs. Juanita ALMACK & Mrs. Zela GOODWIN of Moore, & Mrs Thetis VARNDELL of Wilson, Oklahoma, one sister, Mrs. Pearl FREEMAN of Tonkawa & one grandson, Don ALMACK of Oklahoma City.

Services for Mrs. Mattie McBRIDE, 87 of Moore, will be held at 10 am, Monday in the Methodist Church at Moore, with burial in the local cemetery. She died Friday at her home.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Mrs. Lela GOODWIN, & Mrs. Juanita ALMACK both of Moore; and Mrs Thetis VARNDELL, Wilson; three sons, Oscar, Otis & Olin McBRIDE, all of Moore; a sister; Mrs. J. L. FREEMAN, Tonkawa & one grandson.
