Services for Karen Melton were held at Southern Hills Bapt. Church, Wed., Dec. 22, 1999 at 1:00.

She was born August 25, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, December 18, 1999 after an 8 month battle with Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis.

After graduating from US Grant High, Karen devoted 3 yrs. to the Veterans Admin. Hospital and the rest of her 25+ yr. career at the Mike Monroney Center, FAA.

She was also a member of Southern Hills Bapt. Church

Survivors include her husband of 33 yrs., R.J.; children, Randy Melton, David Melton, Shannon Kowals, Angela Wilkinson, Kenneth Melton; sisters, Betty Strickland, Georgia Kern; and 6 grandchildren.
