A celebration of the life of Rev. John Hall was held at 1:30 PM
Friday , October 22, 2004 at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Blanchard
with a committal service at 4:00 PM in the Lexington Cemetery Lexington,
OK. BRANSTETTER - MERRITT were in charge of services.
John Robert "J.R."
Hall was born December 8, 1927 to
Herman Robert and Jessie B. Hall and passed away on Monday, October 18,
2004 at his home in Blanchard, OK. He grew up in the Springhill area . J.R.
married Irma Jean Fry on December 15, 1945.
He had been a Free Will Baptist Minister for 57 years and had served
as pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Blanchard for 20 years.
He was a veteran of the US Navy.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a son, Michael
Hall .
He is survived by his wife Irma Jean
Hall ; a daughter Jeanie Berglan; two
sons Robert D. Hall and wife Sheri
and Tandell Hall and wife Tammie; a
sister Betty Riedel and husband Ron; 10 grandchildren and 4 great
grandchildren.
