Larry Michael Cox passed from
this life on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 in Norman, Oklahoma.
He was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on March 13, 1949 to parents Glenn and Peggy
Cox. Mike was a graduate of Bethel High School’s class of 1967. He recently
worked at Central Plastics in Shawnee, however worked for over 30 years at
Honeywell/Seagate Technologies as a forklift operator. Mike loved working in the
yard and was an avid basketball and football fan. He always had a smile and his
sense of humor will be greatly missed.
Mike is survived by his sisters, Pat Kelley, Connie York and husband Robert;
niece, Shelley Raney and nephew, Michael Kelley and wife Rachelle; great
nephews, Jerrod and Wyatt Raney, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and
a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by
his parents and grandparents.
Arrangements for Mike and his family were placed in the care of the Vice family
at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, June 24, 2013 in the Chapel of Havenbrook Funeral Home.
