She was born May 17, 1949 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. Her parents were Hatler Cook and Helen (Tyree) Cook. On January 1, 1981 Yvonne moved to Lexington, Oklahoma where she spent the rest of her life. After moving to Lexington she began working for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections on March 16, 1981. Eight years later, Yvonne met and later married the love of her life, Keith Olinger. They were married on July 7, 1989 at the Corbett Baptist Church. They made their home in the Corbett Community and both faithfully attended and were members of the Corbett Baptist Church. Yvonne retired on December 31, 2010 as an Industrial Supervisor. She and Keith enjoyed country life and its farming, ranching, raising cattle and horses. Some years later after Keith passed away, Yvonne joined the Maguire Baptist Church in Noble. She was a faithful Christian and was dedicated in helping the church grow and share the gospel to the local community.

She is survived by: Mother: Helen Tyree Goring of Wanette Half Brother: Brian David Kevelin & wife Heidi of Warren, Michigan Step children: Daniel Olinger & wife Evanelle, Linda Neal, Teresa Howell & David Olinger, all of Wichita, KS Nephew: Eugene Kevelin Niece: Gwyneth Yvonne Kevelin, Step-grandchildren: Austin, Erica, Katie, Clinton, Jordan, Matt & Travis Several step-great grandchildren And a host of friends;
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Maguire Baptist Church in Noble. Burial will be at Corbett Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Maguire Baptist Church Building Fund.
