He was preceded in death by: His wife, Norma Rogers and Two sisters, Juanita Peltier and Mary Carr, both of Lexington.
He is survived by: His two daughters, Melanie and husband Gary of Ligonier, PA and Constance Dela Cruz and husband Pete of Kahuku, Hawaii; Three step-sons, Dale Haynes and wife Marcia of Lexington, OK; Ernie Haynes of Moore, OK; and David Michael and wife Dana of Greenwood, AR; Three step-daughters, Raye Morgan and husband John of Hartford, AR; Kaye Smith and husband Jim of Cabot, AR; and Robin Fulton and husband Lyle of Broken Arrow, OK; Five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He leaves a host of loving family, friends, and church family.
To celebrate Bill’s life, a memorial service will be held at Twin Oaks Baptist church on Wednesday February 4th at 10 a.m. A grave side service will be held at Chappel Hill Cemetery, Lexington, OK on Thursday February 5th at 2 p.m.
