Funeral Services for Prebble Christine Tucker of Kingwood, TX will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 11:00 am in the Boswell First Baptist Church of Boswell, OK, with Pastor Jarrod Wright officiating, and burial following in the Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK.
Prebble was born on November 23, 1924, in Boswell, OK. She began her journey into her eternal Home in Heaven on October 1, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 88 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David Harmon and Bertha (Fisher) Dancer; nine sisters, and three brothers. Prebble passed fifty years to the day after her Father's death.
She is survived by her husband Loal George Tucker of the home; son Dennis Loal Tucker; daughter Vicky Jo Niewald and husband Phillip Wayne; sister, Wilmoth Schussler; Grandchildren Michael Wayne Niewald and wife Kristina, Loal Gordon Tucker, Denise Nicole Tucker, Amber Christine Johnson and husband Brandon, Kyle Wesley Niewald; Great- Grandchildren Ashlyn Taylor Niewald, Brooke Avery Niewald, Loal Tucker, Aubrey Tucker; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Prebble Christine married Loal George Tucker in Paris, Texas May 6th, 1946.
She lived in Longview, Texas for 25 years and 5 years in Kingwood, Texas. In the different towns she and her husband lived, they were members of the First Baptist Churches.
Prebble Christine's most important vocation was being a Homemaker. In her early years she worked for the North American Aviation during WW II as a Riveter. In her Church home, she taught Sunday School for children and worked in the Mother's Day out program for many years. She had a great love for children. Prebble's family describes her as a great and wise mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
The family will receive friends from 6-7p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013, in the Funeral Home Chapel.
