Graveside services for Fieriel Seale be held on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Darrough Pavilion at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, OK with Pastor Mike Mussett officiating and Mr. Dalis Dickson assisting. Fieriel went home to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ on Sunday, July 8, 2012, in Hugo, OK at the age of 92.
Fieriel was born on September 13, 1919 in Hugo, OK the daughter of Elbert and Grace Maggie (Frey) Owen. She was raised in Hugo and graduated from Hugo High School. Fieriel lived in Hugo until the age of 30, then she moved to Stockton, CA. She married Morris G. Seale on June 13, 1950 in Stockton CA. Fieriel worked in advertising for Sears in Stockton, CA, and retired after 33 years. After retirement she moved back to Hugo and has lived here for the past 35 years. She was a member of the Choctaw Memorial Hospital Auxillary where she served for 2000 hours, a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Messer, OK. She loved to crochet pillows and blankets for her family and friends. Fieriel spent many days working crossword puzzles and loved when bluegrass came to town. Fieriel was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Seale; and her parents.
Fieriel is survived by one daughter, Sharon Rhodes and husband, J.N. of Hugo, OK; two grandchildren, Fieriel Raper and husband, Roger and James Rhodes and wife, Carla all of Hugo, OK; four great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Kameron Raper and Samuel and Hayden Rhodes.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 11, 2012, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel in Hugo, OK. Family and friends are invited to sign the guest book or send private condolences to the family at www.praterlampton.com.
