Funeral services for Marion Boling will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Southside Baptist Church in Hugo, OK with Kevin Ward and Otis Cayton officiating; burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, OK. Marion passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Plano, TX, at the age of 86.

Marion Belle (Horne) Boling was born January 18, 1930 in Paris, TX to Langford T. & Bernice (Purvis) Horne. She married Leon "Bill" Boling on October 29, 1952 in DeQueen, AR and had lived in this area since 1977 after moving from Bokchito, OK. She worked as a legal secretary in Hugo and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Hugo, OK, where she served her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as pianist for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bill, and her brother, Thomas Horne.

Marion is survived by her sons, Mark Boling & wife, Tanja, of Bokchito, OK, Rick Boling & wife, Donna, of Hugo, OK, and Steve Boling & wife, Jennifer, of Hugo, OK; 7 grandchildren, Cody Boling, Alisha Edelen and husband, Jeff, Shi-Ann Boling, Casey Boling, Tiffany Jones and husband Mike, Jordan Minter and wife, Niki, & Gillian Yates and husband, Chris; 10 great-grandchildren; her sisters-in-law, Jewell Boling of Hugo, OK and Caroline Pitts and husband, James, of Kaufman, TX; her nephew, David Horne of San Jose, CA; her niece, Lori Sensibaugh and husband, Allan, of McAlester, OK, as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.
