Memorial services for Charles Landers will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Victory Life Church with Pastor Randy Mayfield officiating. Charles passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at his home in Grant, Oklahoma at the age of 59.

Charles Landers was born April 22, 1950 in Paris, Texas, the son of Charles Neal Landers. He moved to this area from Bokchito, OK. He married Sally E Kinsery on Oct 15, 1998 in Cameron, LA. Charles worked as a professional taxidermist most of his life. He spent most of his free time in the woods hunting or fishing; were he felt the most peace and his heart was free.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Charles is survived by his wife: Sally E. Landers; four sons: Jeff Barnett and wife Velvet of Ft. Towson, OK, David Landers and wife Susan of Paris, TX, Hunter Landers of Paris, TX, Patrick Eady of Huntsville, Texas; Brandon of Ft. Worth, TX; two daughters: Tammy Peugh of Ft. Worth, TX, Morgan Landers of Austin, TX; one brother: Tony McCool of Powderly, TX; one sister Vickie of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren: Ethan and Haley Barnett, Stephanie and Weston Landers, Tyler and Harley Sgarbi.
