Memorial services for Laurie Deanine Hulsey will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prater Lampton Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo, OK. Laurie passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015, in Fort Worth, TX, at the age of 43.

Laurie Deanine Hulsey was born March 12, 1972 in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Jackie Dean Smith and Bennyjean Barnett. She was preceded in death by husband, Fletcher Hulsey; and son, Cody Record. Laurie worked as an LPN in Paris and had completed her paramedic training. She loved cooking, going to movies, and playing with her cat, Bootsie.

Laurie is survived by her mother, Bennyjean Loftin of Paris, TX; sons, Gavin Ray Record and wife Brittany and Cage Record all of Hugo, OK; brother, Jeffrey Barnett of Sulphur Springs, TX; sisters, Sissy Smith of Paris, TX and Sheryl Whittaker of Tyler, TX; grandchildren, Paisley Record and Hunter Lee Record.
