Visitation for Evie O. McPhetridge will be held at Basham Funeral Care on
Sunday evening September 23, 2001 from 5-8 p.m. and graveside services
will be at Delano Cemetery on Monday morning September 24, 2001 at 11 a.m.
Officiating Evies services will be Pastor Ronald Arvizu. Evie was born
November 11, 1906 in Choctaw County, Oklahoma and she passed away in
Delano on Tuesday afternoon September 18, 2001. Evie was a homemaker for
all of her life and she raised 8 children. She was a wonderful mother and
grandmother. Evie loved God with all of her heart. She enjoyed going to
church and she loved to talk about the Bible. Evie was an all around good
person and she loved people and people loved her. She is survived by her
daughter, Bonnie Hall; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby Joe and Evelyn
McPhetridge; daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Fred Bibee; sister, Marie
Powell; sister, Lois Wade; brother and sister-in-law, Leroy and June Adams
and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom we always knew
that you loved us. We loved you so much and we will always miss you. For
