Funeral services for Arlie James Bell, Jr. will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God with Rev. Keithen Brown officiating and burial following in the Goodland Cemetery. Arlie passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the age of 62.

Arlie James Bell, Jr. was born September 23, 1953 in Hugo, Oklahoma, to Arlie James and Oleta (Walker) Bell. He married Wanda Elaine Chadrick of Hugo, OK on December 2, 1970. They lived in this area all of their lives. He worked his first job at Campbell Soup. After that, he was a roofer with Wanda for some time, but he spent his career mostly as an iron worker for commercial construction. Arlie was also a volunteer for Choctaw Indian Senior Citizens Center, and he worked at the Choctaw Ballfields at Grant, OK, where he managed the concession stand and got along with everyone. He liked to joke and have fun with his friends. Arlie loved hunting and woodworking, as well as fishing; he had bought a boat to go boating with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie James Bell, Sr. & Oleta (Walker) Bell; his sister, Louise Bell; and his sister-in-law, Judy Bell.

Arlie is survived by his wife, Wanda Elaine (Chadrick) Bell of Hugo, OK; two children, Michael Bell of Hugo, OK, & Sebrina Bell & husband, David Moffitt, of Hugo, OK; two granddaughters, Rilee Moffitt & Morgan Moffitt; one great-grandson, Keyondra Gaffney; two brothers, James Bell of Hugo, OK, & David Bell & wife, Vickie, of Hugo, OK; one sister, Wyonna Webb of Hugo, OK; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
