Ruthie Partridge was laid to rest beside her parents, on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the historical Ft. Towson Cemetery in Ft. Towson, OK, with Pastor Don Cooksey officiating. Ruthie Bryant Partridge, the first born child of the late Carl and Zelma Bryant, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2011 in Malokoff, TX at the age of 74. Ruthie was born in Fort Towson, OK graduating with honors, and was a star basketball player. After graduating, she attended business college and began her career in Dallas with Saladmaster Corporation, retiring as the only female executive at that time.
Ruthie is survived by her sister Charlotte Clifford of Dallas, TX; her brother, Gary Bryant and wife, Carol of College Station, TX; nephews, Chad, Aaron and Preston Bryant, and by her very special friends, Diane White and Charles Abernathy.
