Funeral services for David Lowery Hale, age 31, wre held at 2:00 pm., on Monday, July 28, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Tahlequah, with Reverend Ron Rice presiding. Interment followed services at Tahlequah City Cemetery.
The family will receive guests at Hart Funeral Home form 4 to 5 pm on Sunday, July 28th.
The care of David and his family has been entrusted to Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.
Brad Hale, Steven Lowery, Jeremy Scott, Michael Foreman, Christopher Forman and Roy Renfro will serve as pallbearers.
David Lowery Hale was born in Tulsa, OK on March 21, 1977. He grew up in Tahlequah, graduating from Tahlequah High School on June 25, 2005.
David married the love of his life, Rachel Ellen Bryant. They were blessed with a son, Weston Lowery Hale.
David had an avid love of flying and airplanes, and was passing that love and interest on to his two year old son, Weston. They spent many hours together at different airports, watching planes take off and land. In high school, David served as a member of the civil air patrol, and he always dreamed of joining the Air Force. David enjoyed playing soccer through his school years, played for Tahlequah High and coached a team of his own. David was a "born salesman" and enjoyed his job at Tri-B Nursery. He had discovered a newfound passion for exotic plants and the nursery business. He loved politics, games, good food and spending time with friends. David's true and most precious passion was for his family; his parents, brothers, wife, and his greatest inspiration, his son Weston. David passed from this life on July 23, 2008. He was preceded in death by his biological father, Robert Steven Lowery. David's memory will be kept alive by his survivors; his wife, Rachael, and their son Weston, both of the home; his parents, Randy and Patti Hale of Tahlequah, brother Brad Hale and wife Jamie of Tahlequah, brother Steven Lowery and wife Stephany of Tulsa; step-sister Kim Gray of Tulsa; his nephew, Jackson Hale; and countless good friends, family members and loved ones.
Those wishing to send an expression of love and sympthy are asked to consider the trust fund which has been established for Weston Hale in Memory of David at BancFirst Bank, P.O. Box 1068, Tahlequah, OK 74464.
