Martha Woolbright (Janie) Services: Sat., Sept. 17, 2:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2005, 2:00 p.m., at Liberty Christian Center on the corner of South H St. and McKee Rd.
Martha Jane Woolbright, born December 14, 1919 in Eldon, Oklahoma to Dixon Collier Phillips and Mary Etta (Ellis) Phillips, passed from this life to the next August 28, 2005 in Lewisburg, Tennessee at the age of 85 years.
Married 35 years to Kelly Woolbright, Janie was a devoted wife and mother. She made sure all her children knew I love you a heartful.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly; parents, Dixon and Mary Etta Phillips; four brothers, Lucian, Paul, Luther, and Dixon Phillips; four sisters, Ella Farmer, Ethel Vanbeber, Cornelia Kelley, and Artie Craig; and a son-in-law, Henry Frank.
Martha is survived by two sons, Richard Oxford and Robert Glenn Woolbright and wife, Mary; three daughters, Janie Joyce Frank, Brenda Barton and husband, John, and Pamelia Gail McClure; two step daughters, Mary Ann Stafford and husband, Willard, and Glena Sue Hill; a sister, Elsia Etta Martin and husband, Vernon; 16 grandchildren, Cindy Oxford, Kathy Lynn Brown, Kelly Trulove, David Glenn Gifford, Melissa Joyelle Drywater, Steven Kelly Frank, John Robert Barton, Matthew Tollie Barton and wife, Angela, Timothy Aaron Barton and wife Lisa, Samuel Glenn Woolbright and wife Bobbie, Shanna Woolbright, Amber Elisia Feathers and husband, John, Adam Forrest Chase, Blake Jordan McClure, Krystyl Lee McClure and Jacob Dwayne Keys and wife, Kelly, many beloved great and great-great- grandchildren, and numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Red Cross Katrina Relief fund.
