HILL, Billy M.

Billy M. Hill of Upland, 76 years of age, passed away February 10, 2005. He was the retired Cornor, Public Administrator and Public Guardian and conservator San Bernardino County.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Betty Hill in October 2000. He is survived by his son Mark W. Hill of Upland, his wife Lori and their three children Kimberley, Matthew, and Kyle; his two nieces Nina Goveta and Debbie Campagne, both of Alta Loma. He was born March 18, 1928 in Silom Springs, AR. He was raised in Talequah, OK. He came to California in 1945 where he served in the U.S. Navy. He was a resident of Upland since his discharge from the Navy.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the First Presbyterian Church in Upland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Pacific Coast Showmen's Association Memorial Fund, 305 North Central Avd., Upland, CA 91786.
