TAHLEQUAH-Memorial services for M. Marcelle Dufresne, 85, of Go Ye Village will be held Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002 at 10 a.m. at Go Ye Village Chapel with Father Ken Iheanacho officiating.

Marcelle will be interred at Calvary Cemetery in Spooner, Wisc. Services are under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.

M. Marcelle Dufresne, daughter of the late Joseph Elzear and Maria Eva Durand, was born August 7, 1916, in Spooner Wisc. and died Tuesday, Feburary 19. 2002 in Tahlequah. Marcelle retired from the state of Minnesota after working for the Minnesota Department of Commerce for over 20 years.

She and her husband, Len, left Minnesota for a retirement community in Bella Vista, Ark. and after several years there, they moved to the retirement community of Go Ye Village in Tahlequah.

Her husband, Len Dufresne, prededed her in death in June of 2001. Her parents and son Michael Grant, also prededed her in death. Survivors include her two daughters, Margaet Bollin and husbanc Robert, and Mary Brusegard and husband Daniel; five stepchildren, Denis, Diane Tracy and husband Richard, Dean and wife Dianne, Derrick and wife Carol and Debra Johnson and husband Donald; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings, Cecile Foley and husband Fred, Edmund Durand and wife Joan, and Jean Sansovini; and a host of friends.
