Cookson---Jesse William Brock, 86, passed on to heaven on Thursday, May 2, 2002. Born on Jan. 29, 1916 in Stillwater, he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and owned several businesses in the photography/printing industry during his working career.

In retirement, he owned and operated Harrold's Boat Storage in the Chicken Creek Area on Lake Tenkiller.

He is survived by his loveing wife of 63 years, Jane Brock; daughter Judy Nicholls and husband Don, of Mill Valley, Calif.; daughter Jana Twombley and husband Ken, of Cookson; two granddaughters, Alice Townsend and Lindsey Nicholls; a great-granddaughter, Sarah Townsend; and a sister, Glendola Paulding of Huston, Texas.

A memorial celebration will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at Cookson United Methodist Church.
