Funeral services for Janice Botts, 43, of Tahlequah will be 10:00 Tuesday at the Green Country Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. J W Copeland assisted by Rev. Arnold Sanders. Interment will follow in the Hulbert I.0.0. F. Cemetery under the care of Green Country Funeral Home.

Janice was born May 1, 1962 in Tahlequah the Daughter of Bobby and Betty Botts. She was suddenly taken in an auto accident on October 14, 2005, in Tahlequah.

Being raised in Cherokee County. Janice attended Lost City and Shady Grove schools, and Tahlequah High School before attending NSU becoming a Licenced practical Nurse in 1992. Janice enjoyed horseback riding and being outdoor & She enjoyed being a nurse and caring for the elderly.

Predeceasing her are her paternal grandparents Bill and Iva Botts, maternal grand ther Frank Fortner, a cousin Michael Adair, and an aunt Maureen Price.

Janice is survived by two children Heather Turk and her husband Mike Corn of Tahlequah and Tyler Smith of the home; Bobby and Betty Botts, her parents of Hulbert; two grandchildren Mlkayla and Blake Corn of Tahlequah; sisters, brothers and their children Angie Hare and her husb. Anthony of Tahlequah, Randy Hollis of Sapulpa, Bobbi Gayle Jones of Hulbert, Michelle Spencer and her husb. Chris of Tahlequah, Chad Botts and his wife Renee of Ft. Gibson. Timmy Botts of Oklahoma City; nieces and nephews Jordan and Jarred Hare of Tahlequah, Chelsea, Ryan, and Austin Jones of Hulbert, Cassidy and Garrett Spencer of Tahlequah, and Allyssa Botts of OKC; maternal grand mother Opal Fortner of Hulbert several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
