Linda Faye Ritchie Coker passed from this life, Thursday, September 23, 2004 in Tulsa at the age of 51 years. She was born November 5, 1952 in Tahlequah to Clifford Anderson Ritchie, Sr. and Wilma Alice (McClure) Anderson. She was raised by loving parents in the Woodall community with 4 sisters and 5 brothers. Linda was a bank teller and supervisor since the age of 18, after 25 years she opened and operated Denney's Daycare for 8 years and then returned to banking. She worked for Liberty Bank, Fort Gibson State Bank, First National Bank which later became Bank of Oklahoma.
Linda was a member of Our Father's House of Worship in Muskogee as well as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and stay at home "Ninny" for her grandson Cade whose birth made her life complete.
Linda is survived by her husband, Kevin Paul Coker, of the home; 1 daughter, Lisa (Randy) Clayton of Muskogee; 1 son, Ryan N. (Neisha) Denney of Eldorado, AR; 2 grandchildren: Cade Ryan Clayton and Taylor Capps; her mother and step dad , Wilma Alice and Joe Anderson; 5 brothers: Ronnie (Sue) Ritchie of Tahlequah, Fred (Joyce) Ritchie of Park Hill, Jim (Nelda) Ritchie of Park Hill, Clifford (Jamie) Ritchie of Tahlequah and Danny Joe (Melissa) Ritchie of Tahlequah; 4 sisters: Alice (Estel) Ritchie Tidwell of Park Hill, Gail (Richard) Morgan of Tahlequah, Donna (Richard) Welch of Tahlequah and Marsha (Cobey) Morgan of Muskogee; her mother-in-law, Judy Coker, her father-in-law, Paul O. Coker; her stepmother-in-law, Barbara Coker; a sister-in-law, Cindy Treat; 18 nieces and nephews; and 23 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a niece.
Services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, September 27, 2004 at Muskogee Church of Christ with Minister Kevin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Holland Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Reed-Culver Funeral Home, (918) 456-2551. Pallbearers will be Steven Ritchie, Colton McFarland, Dustin Ritchie, Joseph Ritchie, Eddie Morgan, Jeremy Fallen, Tony Fallen and Jimmy Hughart. Donations may be made in Lindas honort to Ft Gibson State Bank.
