Funeral services for Clyde Culbreth Jr., 78, were held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, at Central Church of Christ with Ernie Landry of Bridgecreek officiating.

Interment followed  at Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of Craddock Funeral Home.

Mr. Culbreth was born June 27, 1921, at Rexroat, Okla., to Clyde and Velma Pierce Culbreth and died Jan. 15, 2000, in the local hospital.

He served in the Air Force with the 45th Division during World War II.
 

He was married to Melba Cavins on April 6, 1947, at Wichita Falls, Texas.
