Marvin Lloyd
Sullivan, 78, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was
born December 17, 1933 in Ardmore. He was united in marriage to Virginia Nell
Steele on July 27, 1954 at the Church of Christ in Ardmore.
Marvin was a Christian and a member of the Westside Church of Christ at the time
of his death. He was a musician and played at nursing homes and many events for
the enjoyment of other. He loved horses, roping and singing and playing country
music.
Marvin retired from OG&E after twenty -five years of service.
Marvin is survived by his children: Linda, Jo Nell and Dean; Grandchildren:
Ashley, Emily, Amanda, Erin, and Dillon: Great-grandchildren: Jaxon, Preston,
Bryce, Colton, Payton and Lyric.
He was a husband, friend, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the West
Side Church of Christ, 726 McGee, Norman, Oklahoma with
Burial Service at Hewitt Cemetery,
Wilson, Oklahoma.
Arrangements for Marvin and his family were placed in the care of the Vice
Family at Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
