Tony Albers, Sr., a farmer and lifelong resident of Union City, died  Monday, September 6, 2010 at the age of 96.

He  was born in Tecumseh, Nebraska on May 10, 1914.

Services were  held at the First Baptist Church, El Reno, on Friday, September 10, at 10 a.m.

Burial followed at the Union City Cemetery immediately following the service under direction of  Huber-Benson Funeral Home, El Reno, OK
