Marion Lee Parker, 71, of Yukon, OK passed from this life on October 5, 2016 at his home in Yukon, OK surrounded by his loving family.
He was born June 26, 1945 in El Reno, OK a son of the late James and OrvettaParker. He graduated from Yukon High School in 1963.
He then served as a medic in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 -
1969.
While in the service he married the love of his life Charlotte
Williams in 1965.
Marion owned his own auto body repair shop and later transitioned into a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, traveling the country sharing his craft. His hobbies included traveling in his R.V., hiking, photography, and writing and sharing his pictures on a national photo blog.
His greatest love was spending time with his family.
Marion is survived by his wife, Charlotte Parker of 51 years; children: Jim and Melissa Parker, Steve and Debbie Parker and Malissa and Chuck Witte; grandchildren: Heather, Rebecca, Joshua, Sierra, Weston, Kaylee and Taylor; great grandchildren: Laci and AnaRosa and brother, Mike Parker and wife Merry and their family.
Viewing will be held 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, October 9, at the funeral home, with funeral services to be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at First United Methodist Church, Yukon.
Interment will follow at
Red Rock Cemetery, Calumet, OK.
