Sharon Sue McCoy Bridal, our beloved mother, grandmother, and wife entered her Heavenly home on September 17, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, September 21, 2020 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be held at 2 pm in the Red Rock Cemetery in Calumet.

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 2 pm until 8 pm.

Sharon was born on the 11th day of December 1944 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Archie and Lucille McCoy. She was one of 10 children and the youngest girl. She grew up in Lindsay, Oklahoma where she attended school. There, she met and married O.W. Dub Webb, Jr. To this union, a son, Ronald Wayne Webb, Sr., was born. They made their home in Roswell, New Mexico. After a tragic car accident that took the life of Dub, Sharon and Ron moved back to Oklahoma. Eight years later, Sharon married Jerry Buchanan, Sr. To this union, two sons were born, Jerry Alden Buchanan, Jr. and Jay Kirk Arnold. They made their home in Woodward, Oklahoma. Sharon loved people. She gave wholeheartedly and If she had $2.00 to her name and you were in need, she was going to give you $1.00. Sharon was a fixture for many years at the Dairy Queen in Woodward. She loved working for and serving the public, especially her early morning coffee drinkers. On January 3rd, 1998, Sharon married her loving husband Kenny Bridal. She enjoyed the senior years of her life and her beloved four-legged babies, Kalie, Mercedes and Murphy. Her world was her family and she lived for her grandkids. Sharon was diagnosed with cancer in 2014. Being a strong fighter, she beat it. The cancer reared its ugly head again in 2017 and yet again, she beat it. Her final bout with cancer came in 2019 and she continued to fight. She faced the terminal diagnosis with hope, dignity, and courage. She believed in Jesus and knew her Heavenly home was not far away.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Kay Roberts, Mabel Esping, Bonnie McCoy and brothers Ralph, Harrison, Freddie, Archie and Leroy Red McCoy, sister-in-laws Ruth McCoy and Laveda Beck, as well as her grandson, Ronald Wayne Webb, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny Bridal of Woodward, Oklahoma. Son and daughter-in-law, Ron Webb, Sr. and Debbie Webb of Oklahoma City. Son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Theresa Buchanan of Wister, Oklahoma. Son and son-in-law Jay and Allen Arnold of Calumet, Oklahoma. Grandchildren, Natalie Webb of Oklahoma City and Kennedy and Jackson Arnold of Calumet, Oklahoma. Brother, Louis McCoy of Lake Texoma, Sister-in-Law, Patricia Pat McCoy of Purcell, Oklahoma. Seven great-grandchildren, step children: Cyndee Crouch, Scott Bridal, Shawn Bridal, Steve Bridal and a host of extended family and friends.
