Eugena Kay "Gena" Carr

January 26, 1973 ~ August 3, 2004

Gena Carr was born January 26, 1973, and left this world August 3, 2004, at her home in Oklahoma City. Graveside services were held August 5, 2004 at the Mustang Cemetery, Rev. Alice Wendling officiating, under the direction of Howard-Harris Funeral Services of Oklahoma City.

Gena Carr was born January 26, 1973, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the daughter of Eugene and Linda Carr.

Gena was preceded in death by her grandparents, Garten and Rosa Carr and Louise Flynn, all of Chickasha, Okla.

Survivors include her parents, Eugene and Joyce Carr of Chickasha, and John and Linda O'Dell of Oklahoma City; one son, Jaymz Powers and one daughter Christina Powers of Oklahoma City; long-time companion, Tim Wilhite of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Angela Sanders of Ft. Smith, Ark., and LaVonna Ruth and husband Jason of Chickasha; three brothers, Eugene Carr, Jr. and wife Valerie of Cyril, Okla., Calvin Gillis, Jr. of Chickasha, John and Nicole O'Dell of Yukon, Oklahoma; six nephews and four nieces; Chance and Chase Sanders of Ft. Smith, Ark., Eugene Carr, III of Cyril, Jeffrey Sikes, Nick Robinson and Nathan Gillis of Chickasha, Kayla and Tiffany Carr of Cyril, Brittany and Cassidy O'Dell of Mustang; and a host of many, many friends and co-workers.
