Terry Lynn Travis, Jr. was born May 31, 1970 in Ada, Oklahoma to Terry and Karen (Knighten) Travis. He passed away October 19, 2010 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma at the age of 40 years.
Terry moved to the Cashion area as a teenager. On August 19, 1990 he married Amy Stover in Kingfisher, OK. Terry worked for Four Counties Farming and has been working for ACS in Crescent for the past 15 years. Terry enjoyed hunting, working on old cars, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include, wife Amy Travis of the home; two sons, Corey Travis and wife Robyn of Altus, OK and Jody Travis and wife Kristi of Cashion, OK; daughter Maggie Travis of the home; grandchild Piper Travis; father Terry Travis, Sr. and wife Carol of Cashion, OK; four brothers Brian Freeman, Greg Freeman, Terry Freeman, and Michael Travis; sister Kerri Jones. He is preceded in death by his mother Karen, step-dad Aaron Youngblood, and father-in-law Mike Stover.
Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 22,
2010 at the First Baptist Church in Crescent. Burial
will follow in the Mathewson Cemetery in Piedmont.
