Additional Info:  Information shared by family:  Jasper L. Tackwell was born February 231863 in Illinois.  He came to Oklahoma with his father Philip and two brothersBenjamin and David for the "Run of 1889".  He homesteaded a claim just across the county line in Oklahoma County near his father.  In 1890 he married Flora Belle Casto daughter of Henry R. Casto who also homesteaded nearby.  To this union three children were born:  Lloyd Lylbun who married Belle SmithEva Tackwell who married Marshal Ernest DeBord and Jasper Gerald who married Ruby Eads.
 
Jasper died 17 Mar 1894 and was buried by his father in Frisco Cemetery.  Flora Belle married George Washington Hodges after Jasper's death and died March 121950 at canyonTexas.  Written by Pat Lowery Koetting - Rio Rancho NM
