Wendell Troy Peck, 68, went to be with his Savior on Tuesday morning, March 19, 2013 with his family by his side.  Wendell Troy "Wink" was born in Oklahoma City, OK on July 1, 1944, the son of George and Juanita Peck. 

He graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1962.  He married the love of his life Janice Ann Gilley on June 7, 1963.  He retired from General Motors after 27 years as a Tool Maker.  He loved going camping and traveling with his wife and working around their beautiful country home. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Janice Ann Gilley-Peck; his daughters, Cynthia Ann Peck and Dr. Christy Ann Peck, M.D.; 3 grandchildren, Dustin Wayne Argo, Lyndsie Ann Cornell and Austin Clay Argo; his siblings, Eddie Peck and wife, Christine Peck, Myra Nikkel, Carolyn Wilson and husband, Mike Wilson, Charles Peck and wife, Connie Peck; and many nieces and nephews. 

He will remain in our hearts forever as a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle. 

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, George Oliver Peck and Juanita Sue Foust-Peck; his beloved brother-in-laws, Bob Nikkel and Hubert Raymond Gilley Jr.; and son-in-law, Phil Williams.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013 in the Chapel of Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook St, Norman, OK 73072.  Arrangements for Wendell and his family were placed in the care of the Vice Family and Havenbrook Funeral Home.
