Coleman, Texas August 2018 December 29, 1930 ~ August 24, 2018 Mildred Fay Schwartz was born December 28, 1930, in Graham, Texas to Leroy Bascomb and Bessie [Grubbs] Clement and passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at Holiday Hill Nursing Home in Coleman, Texas, at the age of 87 years, 7 months, and 26 days. Mildred was raised and attended school in Graham, Texas. On May 17, 1949, she married Roy Schwartz and they made their home and raised their family in Whitesettlement, Texas. They moved to Hydro, Oklahoma in 1979 and 5 years later moved to Weatherford where she worked cleaning houses. In 2016, she moved to Coleman, Texas to be near family. Mildred enjoyed traveling, needle point, RVing, going to church and her church activities, and spending time with family and friends. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer Association. Mildred is survived by two sons, Jimmy Schwartz and wife, Patty of Custer City, Oklahoma and Larry Schwartz and wife, Donna of Weatherford, Oklahoma; three daughters, Jerry Schwartz of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Donna Barnett and husband, Richard of Coleman, Texas, and Debbie Schwartz of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother, Clifford Clement of Kansas; one sister, Mary Bowen of Ft. Worth, Texas; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, James, Bob, Billy and Johnny; and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Hoover. Source: Lockstone Funeral Home |
