Oklahoma City, Oklahoma April 2017 October 26, 1976 ~ April 5, 2017 Talley Riggs was born on October 26, 1976 in Murray, Utah to William Thomas and Patricia Lynn [Davidson] Riggs. He passed away on April 5, 2017 in OKC,OK at the age of 40. Talley graduated from Mustang High School and from OCCC in OKC, OK. He worked for a contractor for two years then started his own construction business. He married Nacolh Armstrong on October 1, 1999 in Las Vegas, NV. Talley enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing poker, building projects, and watching his kids play ball. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Oakdale Missionary Baptist Church in Lookeba, OK. He is survived by his wife, Nacolh Riggs of Binger, OK, his children, Shelby Ann Riggs and Jackson Thomas Riggs both of Binger, OK, his parents Bill and Pat Riggs of Mustang, OK, his siblings, Alex Riggs and wife Jennifer of Norman, OK, Jeremiah Riggs of Mustang, OK, and Regan Riggs of Mustang, OK, 4 nephews, Kaden, Clayton, Kashen, and Mason, his mother in law, Eva Cooley of Yukon, OK, his grandfather, Jack Cooley of Albuquerque , NM, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amber and Sylvia Davidson. Memorial Donations may be made to: Rally for Talley Trust at any Legacy Bank or Cornerstone Bank in Mustang, OK.
