Carson Randell Kerbo, 74, who died Thursday in an El Reno hospital after a lengthy illness, will be at 2pm Monday in the Church of God, Binger, with Rev. William Mackey officiating. Burial will be in Murray Cemetery, Binger, under direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha. Rev. Carson was born June 14, 1902, in Ardmore. He was married to Luria Mae Spradlin on Jan. 24, 1924, in Lawton. She died Feb. 16, 1971. Before his health failed, Rev. Carson was passtor and a charter member of the Church of God, Binger, and an evangelist. Survivors include one son, G. W. Kerbo, Binger, one daughter, Mrs. Florence Stone, Santa Paula, Calif.; two step-sons: Melvin McNatt, Binger, and Freeland of Lawton; one step-daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Floy) Kerbo, Lawton, two sisters: Veta Kerbo, Binger, and Hazel Webb, Detroit, Mich.; two brothers: Floyd, Lawton, and Lovell, Binger; 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. |
