Teddy Lee Wishon, Sr.

Teddy Lee Wishon, Sr., 61, was born October 26, 1945 in Oklahoma City to Everett and Leola Lardin Wishon.

He died in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, August 21, 2007.

Immediately following his graduation from Central High School, he joined the US Army.

Following his discharge, he moved to Anadarko and went to work for Public Service of Oklahoma. He retired as mehanical maintenance supervisor in January, 2001.

He had many hobbies and interests, especially his Harley-Davidson motorcycles, photography, fishing, rifle and bow hunting, camping, farming and ranching, welding, music (rock and oldies), and was always fixing cars and anything mechanical.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents and sons, Sean Paul, an infant, and Teddy Lee, Jr.

Survivors include his daughter, Tina Griffin of Anadarko; 2 sons, Travis Wishon and wife Christina of Mustang and Zachary Wishon of Anadarko; grandchildren, Michael Anderson of Anadarko, Tristan Terrell and Troy Wishon of Mustang, Kyanna Wishon of Mesquite, Texas, and Kiera Wishon of Anadarko; and brother, Kenneth Hobbs and wife Pat; 2 sisters, Billie Davilla and husband Victor and Sherree Hobbs and husband Floyd Ingle, all of Oklahoma City; several nieces and nephews, many members of the Gomez and Vasquez families, and his former coworkers.

Funeral Services are at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 23, 2007, at the Steverson Funeral Home Chapel in Anadarko, with burial to follow in Memory Lane Cemetery.
