Donna Sue [Tustison] Williams

Donna [Tustison] Williams passed away December 29, 2009 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She was born February 28, 1944 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Florence and Herbert Tustison.

Donna moved with her parents and sister from Washita, Oklahoma to Sentinel, Oklahoma in 1945. She attended all twelve years of public school at Sentinel, graduating from high school in 1962. Donna attended Southwestern State College from 1962-64.

She married Howard Williams in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1970. Two sons were born to this union, and the family lived in Guthrie for many years.

Donna is preceded in death by her father, Herbert Tustison.

She is survived by her mother, Florence Tustison of Edmond, Oklahoma; her two sons, Mark Williams of Guthrie and Ben Williams and wife Jennifer of Edmond; two grandchildren, Emma and Preston Williams of Edmond; her sister, Jean Ann Bookout and husband Wayne of Grove, Oklahoma; nephew Kurt Bookout and family of El Dorado, Kansas; nieces Leslie Perry and family of Towanda, Kansas, and Carrie Messmore and family of Benton, Kansas; and a host of other loved family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Smith Memorial Chapel in Guthrie with Chaplain Gene Owen of Companion Hospice officiating. Interment will follow at Hinton Cemetery, Hinton, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
