Raymond Carol Weaver

Raymond Carol Weaver, 70, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2009 after a short illness.

Raymond was born on August 17, 1938 to Opal and the late C.T. (Shorty) Weaver of Anadarko.

After graduating from Gracemont High School, he went on to serve our country in both the United States Army and Air Force. His service to our nation included two tours of duty in Vietnam. He retired as Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force in 1976.

After retirement from the USAF, he worked in real estate for a time, then he founded and became owner and president of a number of successful companies, some of which included real estate sales, building, and development.

He enjoyed flying, fishing, and was a die-hard Braves fan.

Raymond is survived by his sons, Shaun of Dallas, Kenny Ray and Quentin, and one grandson, Ryan of Oklahoma City his brother and sister-in-law, Kenny & Sondra Weaver and his mother Opal Weaver of Anadarko.

He was loved and will be missed by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held on Wednesday, February 25th at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Anadarko. Burial will be in Memory Lane Cemetery.
