© The Chickasha Express-Star Friday, 1 July 2005 Fredrick H. Sherwood Graveside services for Fredrick H. Sherwood, 73, of Chickasha will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday July 2, 2005 at Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko. Fredrick H. Sherwood was born January 18, 1932 in Allegan, Michigan. He was the son of Fred Sherwood, Sr., and Genive Anderson Sherwood. He died Wednesday, June 29, 2005 in Oklahoma City. He and Mary Sinkler were married April 27, 1957 in Allegan, Michigan. He was a truck driver and worked for Dr. Pepper in route sales and delivery. Mr. Sherwood had lived in Chickasha since 1974. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his wife, Mary Sherwood of the home; three sons and their wives, Bill & Barbie Sherwood of Chickasha, John & Myrna Sherwood of Allegan, Michigan, James & Marie Sherwood of Allegan, Michigan; two daughters, Mary Wise of Chickasha, Jackie Grover of Grand Rapids, Michigan; one brother, Robert Sherwood of Allegan, Michigan; one sister, Cherlien Snider of Allegan, Michigan; 33 grandchildren; many, many great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Interment will be in Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Chickasha. |
