© Yanda & Son Funeral Home Saturday, March 14th, 2009 Ester Lee Sherar Ester Lee Sherar, 84, of Yukon, was called to her heavenly home on Saturday, March 14th, 2009 at Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon. Ester was born in, Anadarko, OK on December 3, 1924, the daughter of Charles Lee and Arizona Ann [Gardner] Watson. She was a dedicated homemaker and also worked in retail sales for J.C. Penney for many years. Ester was a faithful member of Canadian Hills Church of the Nazarene, Yukon, where she was a servant in many ways to the members of the church. In her spare time she enjoyed quilting. She is survived by her children, Laverne [White] Warren of Denton, TX, Gayla [White] Locke of Kansas City, MO, Lee "Barney" White of Yukon, OK, Jon Sherar of Houston, TX and Diane ]Sherar] Vaught of California; grandchildren, Dennis, Danny, Daymon, Denise, Heather, Jason, Justin, Daniel, Rachel, Matthew, Kyle, Mitchell, Jon Eugene and Anna; great grandchildren, Gentry, Whitney, Haylee, Garrett, Dani-Lee, Demi, Shilah and twins, Hope and Candace, Darcy, Delany, Dillan, Axavier, Isabel and Brodie; great great grandchildren, Dominic Tobby, Cholie and Lilly; sisters, Nell Springer of Anadarko, OK and Wanda Edwards of Bakersfield, CA; brother, Bill Watson of Anadarko, OK, as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. Ester was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Lee White; son, Bobby White, husband of 10 years, Jon Shear, parents and daughter, Elaine [Sherar] Moore, brothers, Leonard Watson and Lewis Watson and sisters, Modena Caldwell and Jenetta Schmidt. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Hills Church of the Nazarene, Children's Center, 11744 W. Reno, Yukon, OK 73099. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Canadian Hills Church of the Nazarene, Yukon, with interment at 12:00 p.m. at Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, OK.
