Loved by all, Jean was survived by her three children, Erik, Steve and Linda, sister Ann Martin, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jean will be forever remembered for her daily mantra, "I'm fine." Born October 30, 1924 in Paoli, Indiana, with her twin brother, John, in the Phillips household that would contain seven lively children. Raised in Anadarko, she spent the majority of her life in Norman, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents Wynona and Charlie Phillips and siblings Penelton, Ruth, Kate, Martha, John, and her husband of 43 years, Jack Sanders. Jean loved her pets but loved her friends even more. Anyone could call her with a problem or juicy gossip and she would always try to pick up on the first ring unless she was already on both lines with others. Her son remembers her as the only person with call waiting that managed to carry on conversations on both lines at the same time.
