Tuesday, 4 May 2010 Gertrude Marie [Brose] Kalb Gertrude Marie Kalb, 96, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away May 1, 2010. She was born March 13, 1914 to Fritz and Sophie Brose in Sanderbusch, Germany. She was a member of Southern Hills Church of God. She loved gardening, collecting stamps and coins. Gertrude also loved taking care of animals, playing board games and dominos. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Marty and wife Joyce Kalb; grandsons and their wives: Martin and Karen Kalb, Gregory and Juliette Kalb; granddaughter, Cynthia Kalb; great-granddaughter, Haley Kalb. Gertrude is preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Southern Hills Church of God, Oklahoma City, OK.< Interment to be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, OK. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK. |
