© Strode Funeral Home January 19, 2013 Reba June [Deason] Houck Reba June Houck, 83, died January 19, 2013 after a long battle with emphysema. June was born June 4, 1929 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Essie Morgan Deason and Oscar H. Deason. She married Hazel D. Houck, Mangum, Oklahoma on December 21, 1946. She was a retired teacher's aide, loved to play the piano and loved to read. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandson, and great-grandson. She is survived by three children; Steve and wife Linda of Stillwater; Bob and wife Tricia of League City, Texas; Reba Houck Patchell and husband Gary of Stillwater; sister, Polly Grider of Anadarko; sister-in-law, Bessie Houck of Mangum, Oklahoma and four grandchildren, Ryan Houck of Oakland, California, Mychael and wife Celia Houck of League City, Texas; Amber and husband Jeremy Fifield of Carmi, Illinois; and Loren Patchell of Stillwater. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Anadarko Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, Oklahoma with Elder Kent Houck officiating. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the ICU Staff at Stillwater Medical Center for all their help and kindness. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The American Lung Association at 1010 E. Eighth Street, Tulsa, OK 74120 or a favorite charity.
