Oklahoma City, Oklahoma June 16, 2020 March 24, 1964 ~ June 16, 2020 On June 16, 2020, April Argena Gregory went home to be with her Heavenly Father. Born March 24, 1964 in Illinois, April traveled the country and S.E. Asia with her Air Force family. Her parents were art enthusiasts collecting art from all over the world. April had an especially close relationship with her father, eventually working for him at Falls Park Christian Medical Center; the Medical clinic her father established after he retired from the Air Force. April was interested in art for as long as anyone can remember. However, in the 80s, she made a full commitment to become an artist. She began to compete in art contests and sell art around the state. April landed a job at Hobby Lobby and fell in love with creating crafts. Perhaps the only thing that April enjoyed more than the work she did, is the people that she worked with at Hobby Lobby. April is survived by brothers, Christian, Jonathan, and Joseph Gregory III; sisters-in-law, Julie and Maria Gregory; nieces, Lydia, Alicia and Christian Gregory; and nephew, Joseph Gregory IV. Services will be Monday, June 22, 12:30pm at New Harvest Fellowship with interment in Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, OK. |
