Alvin Askins will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012 at the First Assembly of God in Gracemont with burial to follow in Anadarko. Viewing will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th St. in Del City from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012. M. Alvin Askins was born Sept. 17, 1934 in Gracemont and passed away at his Orangevale, Calf. home on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012. He was a minister for 60 years, moved to the Sacramento area in 1975 and owned a flower shop in Roseville for 10 years. He is survived by his children: Gayla and Ken Wise of Folsom, Calif., Connie and Gator Pyle and Randy Askins, all of Chickasha; grandchildren: Cody and Dusty Wise of Folsom, Calif., Dillon Pyle of Morris, Okla., Kira Diehl of Chickasha; great grandsons: Noah, Liam and Logan of Folsom, Calif., Espen of Morris; sisters: Genita and Glenda of Oklahoma, Inez of Florida and Ronnie of Oklahoma.
