Leonard Wayne House
September 4, 1939 ~ May 23, 2018


Leonard Wayne House was born on September 4, 1939 SE of Lookeba, OK to Marcus Babe and Zoma May [Roselle] House. he passed away on May 23, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 78.

Leonard graduated from Lookeba-Sickles High School.

He lived in Lookeba, moved to Bethany, and on to Dibble.

He worked building airplanes for Gulfstream for 25 years, and he farmed all along the way.

Leonard enjoyed fishing, his cows, being with his friends, and most of all, being with his family. He also had a Baptist Affiliation.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcus and Zoma House, his brother, Eddie House, and his great grandson, Aaron Lee Murray.

Survivors Include: his children, Vicki French and husband Lee of Foss, OK, Cheryl Kilhoffer and husband Michael of Canute, OK, Marcus House and wife Robyn of Mustang, OK, Taleri House and wife Kandy of Canute, OK, Trudy Crockett and husband Brian of Panola, OK, and Charles House and wife Treasure of Hartshorne, OK, his grandchildren, Latia Murray and husband Darren of Elk City, OK, Tyrel French and wife Heather of Clinton, OK, Tony Kilhoffer of Mustang, OK, Tyler Kilhoffer and wife Nikki of Altus, OK, Toby Kilhoffer and wife Lisa of Lone Wolf, OK, Derek House and wife Karis of Yukon, OK, Rachel House of Mustang, OK, Meghan Crockett of Florida, Tanner Crockett of Panola, OK, Jayda Crockett of Panola, OK, and Tristan House of Hartshorne, OK, his great grandchildren, Daisy Bryson, and Max Murray of Elk City, OK, T.J. and Grayson French of Clinton, OK, Jack and Andi Kilhoffer of Altus, OK, Conner and Carter Kilhoffer of Lone Wolf, OK, and 1 on the way, Everton Baker House of Yukon, OK, his siblings, Ronnie House of Lookeba, OK, and Sheryl McLellan and husband Keith of Fenton, MI, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Leonard W. "Sonny" House
November 23, 1941 ~ March 18, 2017


Funeral services for Leonard W. "Sonny" House will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Missionary Baptist Church in Hinton with Rev. Renee Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Lookeba Cemetery under direction of Turner Funeral Home.

Mr. House passed away March 18 in El Reno. He was born November 23, 1941, in Lookeba. He graduated from Lookeba High School in 1959. Sonny had farmed in the Lookeba area all of his life. He is survived by his wife, Eunice of the home; sons, Buddy House of Del City and Tommy House of Lookeba; stepsons, Jace Wedman and Taylor Wedman, both of El Reno and Chism McClain of Oklahoma City; a stepdaughter, Tori McClain of Oklahoma City; sisters, Patsy Baker and Carol Mullins, both of Lookeba; and seven grandchildren.
