Chickasha, Oklahoma February 1980 December 28, 1904 ~ February 12, 1980 Funeral services for Asenath Permelia Kleinknecht Young Damron, 75, Minco, were held at 2PM Thursday, February 14, in Hinton. Rev. Charles Greene, pastor of the First Baptist Minco officiated. Mrs. Young-Damron was born December 28, 1904, at Niles. She died February 12 at Shanoan Springs Nursing Home, Chickasha. A resident of the Minco and Hinton area all of her life, she married Jasper Newton Young in 1920 at Vernon, Texas. He preceded her in death in 1954 at El Reno. She was a retired L.P.N. and member of Minco First Baptist Church. Mrs. Young-Damron is survived by four daughters: Ida Martha Brown of Macon, Texas, Nita Patterson, Charleston, S.C., Patricia Fitzwater, Greenville, Ohio, Arnetta Ackerman, Moncks Corner, S.C.; four sons, Eugene Young and William Young both of Minco, Bob Queen, Velma, OK, Richard Kemler, Moore, OK; 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, a sister, Emma Morgan of Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons. Internment was in Lookeba Cemetery. |
